In our restaurant “La Dispensa” you will taste delicious dishes inspired by the Tuscan tradition.

The ingredients from the area are carefully chosen with an eye to seasonality. Gnocchi and pasta such as tagliatelle, pappardelle and tortelli are prepared by us.

You will also find a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, the typical pomarancino lamb (local breed) and beef bred in our territory.

Our dishes will be accompanied by a small list of Tuscan wines.
