High season: July and August, holidays’ season (from 24/12 to 06/01) Easter

Low season: rest of the year

– Up to 2 days stay the price charged is the daily per person

– From the third day will be charged at the weekly rate for apartments compared to the days of stay (eg. 4 nights for 2 people in the apartment Michele in low season will be calculated as follows: € 710: 7 = and 101, 43 – € 101.43 x 4 nights = € 405.71)

Terms and conditions

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt (30% of the total amount).

Balance: on arrival.

Deposit: Euro 150,00 on arrival.

The weekly and daily rentals can start from any day.

Cancellation Policy

The difference in balance must be paid upon arrival at the company.
In case of cancellation shall lapse:
– From 45 to 30 days. before arrival 20% of the total;

– From 29 to 1 days. before arrival 30% of the total;

– After the arrival the total amount

Check in & Check out

Arrival (check-in): apartments are available from 16.00 to 19.00 (it is possible to deposit your luggage).

Departure (Check-out): apartments must be left before 10:00 hours.

Included in the price Electricity – Gas kitchen use – Bedding

Not Included in Price Extra Bed: 25 € / week. Animals: 50 € / week

Free use: Outdoor BBQ – Pool – Tennis Court
